Galeri is a brand new £7.5m Creative Enterprise Centre located in Caernarfon’s Victoria Dock area. It houses a flexible 400-seat theatre/cinema, café bar, arts exhibition area, state of the art conference facilities, rooms for hire, 2 large practice and performance studios and 3 smaller studios and 27 workspace units, which are occupied by 16 creative resident companies.

Theatre and Cinema
This is Galeri's main location for events and performances, both professional and amateur. This space will house a Steinway B grand piano and is accoustically suited for live music concerts. The theatre also has a busy and exciting cinema programme, which offers the very best of the latest film releases as well as Art House and classic films. The theatre can accommodate an audience of 400 seated and standing (with the seats retraced) and is available for hire.

Art Space
This is no ordinary art gallery! The Art Space gives artists the opportunity to be less tied to the usual gallery practices. As well as featuring exhibitions by local and national artists, we aim to create a more experimental programme, with the artists working closely with the community on specific projects.

Galeri is home to 16 exciting creative companies, which bring life and activity to the centre, day and night.

Whether you want to entertain clients, hold a large conference or a private event, Galeri provides a fantastic venue that stimulates your imagination and gives your conference that competitive edge. Set at Victoria Dock with the Menai in front and Snowdonia as a backdrop, it is difficult to umagine any building in Wales in a better location.
The range of facilities on offer at Galeri will enable you to hold events such as training seminars, team briefings and conferences.
We have various rooms which range in size, from meeting rooms - suitable for committees, to studios - which would suit medium size presentations, to the theatre, which is a perfect venue for a conference of up to 395 delegates.
Whatever your event, our trained staff will ensure that it runs professionally and proble-free. Full catering can also be arranged for your events through the DOC Cafe Bar, which is located in Galeri.
We can also provide a programme of suitable entertainment, which will make your event unique.
Performance and Practice Rooms
The centre has two large soundproofed rehearsal rooms and three smaller studios, which provides ideal performance and practice areas for bands, choirs, schools, musicians and other community groups. Rooms are available for hire at a competitive rate. A technician is also be available on request.
DOC Café Bar
The ideal place to eat, drink and socialise!
DOC offers:
