Avenue Q comes to Rhyl

AWARD-WINNING musical comedy Avenue Q  lands at Rhyl’s Pavilion theatre next month.

The show, which is not suitable for under-12s, combines a cast of humans and puppets on a downtown New York street.

The storyline  follows off-the-wall characters who tackle subjects such as dating, racism, being gay and finding a purpose in life.

They include Princeton,  a  college graduate  desperately trying to follow his dreams despite a tiny bank balance and  the distraction of a busty blonde.

The show is  going on the road after a five-year  run in the West End, and is produced by a team including Cameron Mackintosh.

5th-10th March, Pavilion Theatre, Rhyl
