You Don't Bring Me Flowers, Rhyl Pavilion

THE much-loved music of Barbra Streisand and Neil Diamond has been skilfully woven together to form the dynamic multimedia concert production You Don't Bring Me Flowers.

Producer David Fellerman is enthusiastic about the foot-tapping, hand clapping, feel good show that's said to have audiences up and on their feet, and which is coming to Pavilion Theatre Rhyl in April.

"I'm looking forward to coming to Rhyl," said David.

"We've started touring already and its been going really well and people love the show. The show includes a projection show displaying images through the careers of Barbra Steisand and Neil Diamond."

A wonderful new show and a dynamic multi-media concert, it features top West End talent performing the classic hits America, Beautiful Noise, Song Sung Blue, Papa Can You Hear Me, The Way We Were, People, Evergreen and the pair's memorable duet You Don't Bring Me Flowers.

The show takes a look back on their careers and has some up tempo tracks and some dramatic tracks so we find a nice balance.

"The public grew up with them (Streisand and Diamond) and everyone leaves the show very happy. You can learn stuff from the show and it achieves what it sets out to achieve. We want to build audiences across the country by producing a show which provides a good nights entertainment."

The show brings together the songs of Streisand and Diamond, as well as wonderful choreography and an exciting video backdrop.

Directed and staged by the renowned Carole Todd, this show features an all-star cast.
Stunning vocal and artistic talent combined with the show's design and the attractive use of video projection with slick choreography ensures that You Don't Bring Me Flowers lives up to its reputation as one of the best shows touring the UK in 2009.

The stars of the show include Lisa-Marie Holmes who trained at the London School of Musical Theatre. She has worked extensively for Cruising Musicals, playing a myriad of roles and famous performers including Barbara Streisand, Judy Garland and Shirley Maclaine in Vegas Legends.

Tim Harwood, Lauren Harrison, Stephen Weller, Debbie Chapman, Angus Macmillan, Sean Needham and Katie Paine make up the hugely talented cast.

"I'm looking forward to coming to the Pavilion Theatre and have been with other shows. The cast are excellent and we have some great performers," added David.
