Trearddur Holiday Bungalows is a small family run site set in the quite seaside village of Trearddur Bay, 2 ½ miles from the town of Holyhead an ideal location for a quite, relaxing holiday. There are 50 holiday bungalows sleeping 2-7 in 2 or 3 bedrooms. The size and the facilities in the accommodation vary to suit your budget and the size of your party. All units are of open plan design and are fully equipped with colour televisions, all kitchens have full size cookers, microwave ovens and fridges. Beds are made up for your arrival with sheets and duvet but towels are not normally provided. Site facilities included an Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Licensed Clubhouse and Restaurant (evenings only) and a Tennis court.
Close by there are 2 awarding winning sandy beaches and numerous rocky coves with beautiful headland walks around them, for the more adventurous walkers there is the recently completed Anglesey Coastal Path. In the immediate area there is horse riding at Porth y Post farm, golf at Holyhead golf club or Trearddur’s nine hole pay and play course. Trearddur Bay and nearby Rhosneigr are popular for sea fishing and watersports, Rhosneigr particularly for wind surfing and kite surfing. The South Stack cliffs are very popular for bird watching hosting a large variety of sea birds and the South Stack lighthouse is normally open to the public between March and the end of September. The seaport of Holyhead is just 2 ½ miles away and with modern high speed ferries you can be in Dublin in just 99 minutes.
Trearddur Bay is an ideal location to explore Anglesey, the towns of Menai Bridge, and Beaumaris are easily accessible across the A55 and you can reach Llanberis and the base of Snowdonia or the town of Caenarfon within 40 mins.
