Return Policy

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive in a damaged condition, or there is an item missing please contact us immediately.

If your product appears to be damaged please return to us within 28 days of receipt, we will arrange to exchange or refund the cost of your goods. However, this does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery & Availabilty

All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days in the UK and 6 to 10 working days in EU and the rest of the world. If for any reason your product does not arrive within the above time period then please contact us immediately. If we run out of stock then your order will not be processed and you will be notified accordingly. Please keep checking the site for new stock intake.

Subscription orders will be fulfilled upon publication of the next available issue.

This is Anfield - Matchday Programme will be delivered on the day of the match (UK) subject only to Royal Mail 1st class delivery.

Postage & Packaging

Delivery within the UK on a 5 working days service level is charged per individual item. Delivery within Europe and the rest of the world on a 6 working day service level is also charged per individual item.
